So, back in July (yes, of last year), I said I was going to start using this as a weight loss journal. Obviously, that did not happen. *laugh* I'm really trying hard to figure out where "me" time and everyone else time can come together in a happy medium. I think I'll do what my cousin Jamie did and set some goals for the month...perhaps that will keep me on schedule and motivated. We'll see...I really want to do the Warrior Dash in September.
So, here are my goals :
1) Actually eat three times a day
2) Work out (at least walk somewhere) four times a week
3) Take weekly measurements to see where I am
4) Keep a daily journal of stuff I do/eat/drink (this can be on here, but hell, it'd be boring....LOL)
